PRESENTATION OF THE DANGEROUS GOODS DIVISION
This MITSafetrans division (Radiopharmaceuticals and ADR Express) is
specialized in the transportation, logistics and multimodal shipments of
dangerous goods classified according to the different modal regulations for the
national and international transport:

ADR (road transport)

RID (railway transport)

Technical Instructions ICAO-TI/IATA-DGR (air
transport)
-
IMDG Code (sea transport)
-
ADN (internal waters transport)
The classes of dangerous goods that are mainly
handled by the company and for which MITNucleare has the maximum specialization
level are:

Radioactive material (class 7)

Infecting substances (class 6.2) and biological
samples

Toxic gases Explosive substances and items
(class 1)

Substances and items with different risks
(according to the Customer's specific requirements)

Flammable substances (class 3)
Within the transport of radioactive material,
MITNucleare is the only authorized forwarder in Italy having the skills, the
means and the organizational structure necessary for the safe and reliable
transportation of the whole range of materials admitted to transport.
MITNucleare has all the legal authorizations to perform such activity.
MITSafetrans is the authorized forwarder in Italy
for the following transportation methods: road, air, sea and internal water
transport.
The company can offer to the Customer a wide
range of integrated services auxiliary to transport by entrusting the services
to qualified sector professionals and/or co-operating with specialized and
qualified companies.
