NETWORKS


MITSafetrans operates all over the Italian territory with its own 3 highly specialized Networks able to meet at best the requirements of each service.

 

They are organized according to the different kinds of transportation:


 

Technical Distribution Network (heavy Hi-Tech)

  1. Network dedicated to:
    • Transportation, positioning, assembly of heavy, large and/or particularly fragile equipment, ensuring the complete safety to operators and destination sites.
    • Hi-Tech services
  2. Vehicles fleet:
    1. Hydraulic Hoist board
    2. Integral pneumatic suspensions
    3. Rigid covering or fire-proof canvas
    4. Landing multiple systems
    5. Complete equipment for the loading/unloading, positioning and assembly of any kind equipment
    6. Equipment designed and developed on purpose with the customer for devices requiring specific technical solutions
  3. Staff:
    1. Technical and planning staff (Headquarters and branches)
    2. 2 or more operators per crew
    3. Minimum 2 people per crew
    4. Constant and specific training of crews:
      1. Internal
      2. On customer's products/procedures


Technical Courier Network (light Hi-Tech)

  1. The main features are:
    1. Network dedicated to:
      1. Urgent transportation (of spare parts, small Hi-Tech pieces of equipment)
      2. Technical transportation (Swaps)
    2. Vehicles fleet:
      1. Fast vans
      2. Technical equipment
      3. Vans equipped with refrigerating system with controlled temperatures ranging from +2° and +8°
    3. Staff:
      1. Emergency Control tower in headquarters and branches
      2. 1 operator per vehicle
      3. Constant technical and specific training


ADR Express Network (dangerous goods)

  1. The main features are:
    1. Network dedicated to:
      1. Urgent transportation of small quantities (1-50 Kg) of materials classified as dangerous
    2. Vehicles fleet:
      1. Vans suitable to transport dangerous goods and authorized
      2. Rigid covering
      3. ADR technical equipment
        - ADR bag
        - Fire-extinguisher
    3. Staff:
      1. Professional training according to ADR norms at all the Network levels:
        1. Services management and planning
        2. Office and customer service (headquarters and branches)
        3. Traveling staff
