SPARE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES MANAGEMENT
The management of Hi-Tech spare parts requires a high organization and
customization level defined with the customer during the service planning.
Regardless they are handled at the customer's warehouse or at MITsafetrans'
warehouse (Integrated Logistics) in one centralized warehouse or in
decentralized warehouses (see Technical Courier Network) the service care and
guarantee level is very high thanks to the co-ordination between planning and
traveling staff instructed for this service.

EMERGENCY DELIVERIES AND 365/23/3 TIMING
Emergency deliveries and 365/24/3 timing The Technical Courier service foresees
a full-time coverage through a proper procedure (in most cases customized)
We foresee:

The night availability (365 days/24 h)

The immediate delivery (ad hoc if at night)
within minimum 2-3 hours according to the kind of service and the distance in
kilometers

Success feed-back at the end of the service.
MITSafetrans network, in case of centralized
logistics, envisages a shuttle service with strict timetable for the arrival at
delivery place. The decentralized micrologistics allows the customers to have
different local solutions according to their requirements

SWAP
The Swap service, also with detection of the
serial number and plug-in number allows to complete the Technical Courier
transport of accessories or small pieces of equipment (monitors, cash
registers, credit cards readers, etc.) requiring an accurate service.

SPECIFIC IT WORK
Upon request, the sector customers obtain the
Know-how from MITSafetrans as well as the study of specific services relating
to Hardware, both occasional and constant.

PICK UP AT THE CONSEGNEE AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
The Technical Courier transport can count on the
Pick-up service at customers' site all over Italy with possible handling and
packing supply. The service of warehouse storage at MITsafetrans Terminal puts
at your technician's disposal the spare part even 30 minutes after the shuttle
arrival.
