• We remind that in compliance with the last L.D.No.18 dated 17-Mar-20, so called “Cura Italia” (Italy Act) the art. 64 deals with the “Tax deduc-tion for workplaces sanitation expenses”
• par.1: In order to enhance workplaces sanitation, as measure to contain COVID-19 virus contagion spread, companies and firms, practices and pro-fessionals can be granted, for 2020 tax period, a tax credit to the extent of 60 percent of the ex-penses born to sanitise workplaces up to a maxi-mum amount of Euro 60,000 for each beneficiary
